About Barkers and Hounds

Beverley Etherington Animal lover, Pet dog obedience trainer, lecturer and assessor; has owned dogs and horses from the age of 3 and is well known for the training of both. Over the past 25 years in her professional career; which included 12 years at Bishop Burton College, in addition to training animals, she has trained and improved the knowledge of many adults and children, some who have gone on to work at vet practices, guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs for the deaf, kennels and animal rescues. Beverley also invites and works with visiting Instructors, who specialise in a range of dog sports to provide you with training to suit your interests . (see forthcoming courses)
